When will my order be delivered? When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours, if there is a delay we will contact you immediately. Delivery using DHL or Fedex is usually within 2-7 business days.

How much is shipping?

We offer a fixed delivery rate: 7.99$ anywhere in the continental United-States.

Which shipping companies do you use?

For all flat rate shipping orders, we use DHL or Fedex.

Can I receive my order faster?

We work alongside DHL, UPS and FEDEX to ensure faster delivery at our customers request. These services imply an additional cost to the customer, if you woud like your order to be delivered faster, please indicate this in the "additional information" window when placing your order and we will contact you back as soon as possible.

Can my product be delivered outside of the United-States?

Yes we can, as a special order. Please use the Contact Us to let us know where you are located and what sweets you would like to purchase.


Ordering

Are all of your products in stock?

All of our products are in stock, out of stock items are so labeled in your cart and you can choose to remove them if you wish. If one of our items ends up out of stock after you place your order, we will leave you with two options: 1) Back-order: a wait time of maximum 1-2 weeks 2) Cancel the item from your order.

Is it possible to cancel an order that has been placed but not shipped?

To change or cancel an order, send us an email right away. If the order is already in transit, we will let you know.

Is it possible to send an order as a gift to another person?

You can do so by specifying a different shipping address from your billing address. In the additional information box, please let us known that the item is a gift as we will not include an invoice with the order.

I received an item I never paid for nor ordered.

Consider this as a gift for purchasing from us and an opportunity to try a different chocolate!

Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

Chocoladka.com takes pride in every sweet we ship to you and each item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by e-mail within 48h and we will provide you with return instructions. You have the choice of either replacing the items or receiving a credit note for your next order. You will be required to return your package in order for an exchange or a refund to be processed.
